A Friendly Welcoming Environment
Community Centre
The Community centre provides a well appointed venue for relation with residents, friends and family. It is well equipped with a billiard table, library and outdoor BBQ area situated under a large verandah.
The Community Centre is available to all residents to use with the family and friends. In addition, happy hour, morning teas and movie nights are regular events held in the centre, allowing residents a chance to catch up and socialise in a relaxed setting.
Enjoy Planting Year Round Produce
Gardening
Living in a retirement village, does not mean you miss out on the things you enjoy. All our homes have a backyard area, large enough to still grow your veggies or your favourite flowers and plants. The front garden is maintained by the village gardener, and the back yard is your oasis, where you can choose the layout of your garden.
A section of the village has been designated and utilised as the Village Community Garden, maintained by the residents, where you can plant fruits and vegetables for year round produce.

Stress Free Maintenance
Imagine never having to worry about fixing the hot water service or cleaning the air filter in the air conditioner ever again. When you move into Meander Cottages all those maintenance issues (big and small) are handled by us.
We have scheduled maintenance for both inside and outside the homes by either our Village Maintenance person or specialised tradespeople e.g. electrician or plumber.
We Take Care Of Everything
On Site Village Manager
Our Village Manager, is on site on Mondays and Wednesday to assist residents with any queries they may have and to ensure the day to day running of the village is smooth and hassle free.
For any emergency requirements outside of the days the village manager is onsite, there is an after hours contact number to ring for any emergency maintenance or assistance if required.
